We took a drive on this past Sunday afternoon (from North Haven) and brought my mother along for the ride since we had a gut feeling she was going to like this place and what you had to offer on the menu... Well, when we saw the lobster rolls come out and my clam strip dinner, it was all over from there. Never in our life had we seen a lobster roll that huge with scrumptous pieces of fresh sweet lobster packed with no scrimping on your part. My clam strip dinner, well I didn't finish it so wrapped it up and home it came. We were all stuffed (your portions you do not skimp on) and the food fresh! Mom couldn't rave enough... she loved her lobster roll !!!! and all the fixings.........Hubby was thrilled with his also!!!
Bottom line.............WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!

This place has a great Lobster Roll. It was the best one I had while in New England. They give you a very generous helping of lobster on a traditional roll. The clam chowder was outstanding as well.

I had the SMALLER portion of the stuffed salmon - it was out of this world! It was coooked perfectly, had loads of flavor, the stuffing was sinfully good.... and it comes with 2 sides and salad, I ate the salad... but never got to the two other sides. Portions are huge.... My friend had broiled haddock, which was also amazing! And they give you LOTS of lemon! The salad was very fresh, with fresh toppings.

I used to live a few miles from here & my husband I would stop in several times a year. I got hooked on the salmon from the lighter fare section of the menu, order it blackened and grilled and you will never want to order anything else again. So Good!!!! I dream about it now that I can't have it. I've also had the bacon wrapped scallops, crab legs, steamers, all very good, very fresh. Also their house salads are delicious, basic salad dressed up with homemade croutons and mushrooms and onions if you'd like. The sides are usually seasonal vegetables that, once it was beets and another time baby brussel sprouts!!! YAY! The waistaff has always been very pleasant, we've never had any problems. On Friday and Saturday nights you will most likely have to wait but the bar area is a great place to have a drink while waiting. We've even become so comfrotable in there we've stayed and decided to eat dinner at the bar a couple of times.

This place is one of the best seafood restaurants in the Springfield, MA/Hartford area. I dined here for the first time in August with my family and we had lobster, steamers, clam chowder, mussels, scallops, and salads. Everyone was thrilled with their food and looked forward to their next visit. The seating is comfortable and the wait staff is very friendly and dependable.
